Job Summary

KAI Partners is hiring a Recruiter to join their dynamic Business Services team. This role will assist the Senior Recruiter in the recruiting efforts for our IT Consulting Firm with public and private sector hires. This role encompasses the full cycle of the recruitment experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with candidates, corporate partners, KAIP leadership, hiring managers, and staff
  • Identification and collection of candidate requirements needed to fulfill hiring/operational requirements
  • Work directly with hiring leads or Leadership and/or Senior Recruiter to identify the skillsets, experience, and timeline required for candidate onboarding
  • Create and submit job requisitions that reflect the skill and experience requirements that are commensurate with KAI Partners, Inc. hiring standards
  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) by updating open, closed, and pending positions
  • Screen resumes and evaluate submissions against skill and experience requirements
  • Conduct and document phone screens to determine candidate alignment with employment responsibilities
  • Perform background and reference checks and document results
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leads, Leadership, and client representatives
  • Track, monitor, and document recruitment status as candidates proceed through the process
  • Provide single point of contact for candidates throughout KAIP recruitment process
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidate information with accompanying skillsets for employees, contractors, and potential future recruits
  • Participate in recruitment events as requested by the KAI Partners, Inc. Leadership team
  • Leverage existing KAI Partners, Inc. team to identify candidates that may be valuable additions to the KAI Partners, Inc. team
  • Coordinate with Senior Recruiter for Business Services Director’s approval on recruiting issues such as income negotiations, benefits, special requests, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned

Procurement responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Thoroughly review solicitation requested by the Proposal Development Coordinator and provide staffing feedback, recommendations in writing upon Bid/No Bid decision
  • Produce submission documents in support of final proposal production
  • Participate in meetings throughout the proposal process
  • Update and brand resumes as well as assist in preparing Staff Experience Tables to align with RFP requirements
  • All other duties as assigned    

Additional Information: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-4 years recruiting experience
  • Must demonstrate interpersonal, organizational and both written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized in a detailed environment
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
