Dorm Maintenance Personnel
Description
- Perform maintenance and repair for two dormitory buildings. Work shall be performed, and documentation shall be maintained to the standards set forth in this contract, the NFPA and all other applicable codes and regulations
- Provide preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs on Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE). Work includes but is not limited to: replacement of stained, damaged or broken ceiling tiles, replacement of cracked or broken cover plates for outlets and switches, tightening of door handles and knobs, HVAC filter replacement, spot patch and painting, correct minor clogs of toilets, urinals and sinks, and replacement of light bulbs in ceiling
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of doors locks, keys, cores, cypher locks automatic doors, ADA doors, and sensor doors. Cutting of keys and core pin settings shall be done by CE.
Requirements:
- Must have a driver’s license for the location of employment
- Must be physically, medically qualified for performing the duties to which they are assigned.
- Must be technically qualified in the field of general maintenance, as a minimum, have two (2) years’ experience responsible for maintenance and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.
Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
Compensation: The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
