This position provides SCI security management for military, civilian and contractor personnel. They shall also manage the 460 SW assigned Foreign Mission Partner process at Buckley. This position is responsible for maintaining the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditations on all existing 460 SW SCIFs and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining SCIF accreditation on any future 460 SW required SCIFs to include geographically separated SCIFs. The contractor is responsible for the eacient and effective management and operation of all SCI program management functions including physical, personnel, information and industrial security. 

Requirements

  • Must have familiarity in TS networks to ensure controlled access and updates to the SCI systems. This includes, but is not limited to, helping with the documentation updates to the SSP (System Security Plans), patching updates, and other system administration related tasks on the following TS networks:
    • GWAN
    • JWICS
    • VIAS
    • Blue/Red SIS
    • Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN)
  • Must have familiarity in the following Secret Networks:
    • SBIRS Mission Network
    • SIPRNet
    • SBIRS Support Network
    • Ground Communications Network Modernization (GCNM) Network
    • Subscriber Terminal Network Terminal (STNT)
  • Must have training and experience in the disciplines of IA, INFOSEC and Communications Security (COMSEC).

Experience:

  •  8 years total experience, including minimum 4 years’ experience within SCI or SAR environment.  

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent additional experience (5 years)

Security Clearance:

  • Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information

Other Requirements: 

  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility (AOR) (note - could be extensive, and will include both air and ground transportation)

Compensation:  The projected compensation range for this position is $89,900-$129,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
