The Customer Engagement Manager works closely with MNAO to develop engagement marketing strategies and direct the execution of programs and campaigns. Is responsible for overall execution of the engagement plan,
quality of the program and its delivery. Provides thought leadership and collaboration with cross functional discipline leads to contribute to develop industry-leading work. Must bring a strong POV on business strategy and operational activation/implementation. Previous automotive experience and the ability to actively participate in all things digital and technology.

What you do:

  • Thoroughly understand MNAO’s business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends and overall marketing plans & goals
  • Maintain solid relationships and provide key strategic initiatives and thinking
  • Be a partner and thought leader for the client to help them accomplish their strategic business objectives
  • Plan for all engagements including goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets by managing the workflow process with support from team members by prioritizing projects and resources and by working across the agency to ensure that teams are delivering on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with other parts of Mirum and GTM, it’s partners and MNAO to ensure that digital first needs are accounted for and an integrated approach is taken across all relevant activities
  • Manage the implementation of integrated offerings and tools and identify cross-platform opportunities
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by sharing and creating best practices at scale
  • Ensure deliverables meet clients’ business strategy and drives the core business forward based on strategic objectives/intent
  • Participate in the creative development and reviews to ensure that concepts and execution are on strategy and meet objectives
  • Lead regular client presentations and strategic discussions
  • Perform other duties as required
What you need:
  • 7+ years progressive digital marketing experience, business/marketing strategy consulting, automotive a major plus
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing & media with thought leadership around the dynamics of the digital and interactive space
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies with an understanding of the QA process
  • Function as an enthusiastic, collaborative and focused team player
  • Ability to foster strong, cohesive working interdisciplinary relationships across diverse disciplines
  • Aptitude to define solutions that generate measurable results
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation, negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive marketing problems
  • Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities
