Associate Manager, Project Management and Account Operations

The Mirum Commerce Activation Chicago team is seeking an Associate Manager, Project Management and Account Operations. This role will report directly to the Director, Project Management, with interaction, partnership and support for agency and operations teams.


  • Lead and maintain internal milestones based on process and project timing
  • Proactively communicate key dates to ensure on-time delivery
  • Conduct status meetings to review project workload and timelines
  • Assist project management team to confirm deadlines and discuss schedule variances
  • Review all contracts, vendor agreements, estimates and invoices for accuracy per scopes of work
  • Create, manage and verify POs for adherence to client and vendor contract parameters
  • Coordinate invoice submissions with finance
  • Oversee new vendor setup procedures and work with finance team
  • Provide financial support to various internal groups
  • Collaborate with analytics to ensure proper tracking is implemented for all activations
  • Ensure timely and accurate work product
  • Understand and abide by client and vendor contract agreements
  • Fulfill additional requests from agency disciplines as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing/advertising/communications
  • Relevant internship or business, finance or advertising agency experience preferred
  • Sound business acumen and common-sense approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate proactivity in information gathering and delegating responsibilities
  • Ability to track multiple concurrent programs and deliverables
  • General understanding of finance, POs, budgets, contracts and scopes preferred
  • Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within multiple teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
