Our Application Process

We recruit using the Success Profiles Framework and will assess your Experience, Technical Skills and Behaviours during the assessment process. Your application will be reviewed by a diverse panel against the person specification, and should you meet the required standard, you will be invited to a panel interview.

Our Interview Process
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have shifted to primarily remote interviews via Google Hangouts or Microsoft Teams.
The interview is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your suitability for the position, as well as see how we work and meet the teams. It will be held by a diverse panel including members of your future profession to give you an idea of what it’s like to work here.
Be prepared to answer questions on the range of topics covered in the job advert. We will ask open-ended questions, looking for your answers to include evidence of essential skills, experience and behaviours.
