Job Description 

The Product Manager, AdPost maintains a goal-first approach to managing and implementing new products and processes, in conjunction with our leaders across all JumpCrew brands. This role will be focused on building a SaaS platform for next-generation ad delivery to targeted audiences. Reporting to the VP of Product & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving strategy, product vision, roadmap, implementation (with technology teams), and operations. Your success will be measured by the velocity and cadence of your sprints, as well as the measurable business impact for our clients.

You will be a key stakeholder in driving the product vision, and will be responsible for solving difficult problems that do not have obvious solutions across complex topics to build long-term business opportunities. This includes gathering and prioritizing product requirements, refining the product vision, and working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver new and enhanced solutions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience building SaaS software, be a strong communicator in both written and verbal formats, and be an expert in Agile development processes.


  • Determines and evangelizes the strategy of the product to relevant participants and stakeholders. 
  • Performs market research alongside analyzing current product’s feature value to identify opportunities and determine/prioritize new feature development. 
  • Translates product vision and priorities into detailed product requirements.
  • Tracks product utilization and adapt the roadmap/backlog accordingly.
  • Provides product expertise and consultation to sales and customer services teams.
  • Ownership of all new deployments, managed in an Agile environment (story creation including both technical and tactical specifications) 
  • Drives product development using Agile processes, alongside the VP Product & Marketing, Head of Engineering, and CEO, creating detailed technical and tactical stories for assigned developers.
  • Develops detailed product roll out plans alongside Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Develops and coordinates organizational training related to product deployments/changes.
  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AdPost, enabling new technical project requests.
  • Thinks outside the ‘box of limitations’ to enable the business to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.


  • 5-7 years of Product Manager/Owner experience 
  • Ability to write detailed business requirements/user stories for a product team to execute.
  • Experience leading software development programs, especially from an early stage, with a focus on scalable SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience leading change in an Agile/Scrum or Lean environment in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans. 
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to influence and deliver in an environment with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. 
  • Ability to quickly gather and assess relevant data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence through communication. 
  • Proven ability to transform abstract requirements into shippable product.
  • Product marketing experience a plus.
