We are looking for a Director, Learning and Development to join our team of highly engaged and passionate people professionals. The primary purpose of this role is to empower our Service Professionals so they can’t imagine not succeeding. This will drive the outcome that every ‘Crew Member has the right training and the right tools at the right time to enable them to excel at serving our clients and to contribute to the ultimate success of JumpCrew. In addition, this role will enable Operations Leaders to grow and develop both themselves and their teams.

What You Will Be Doing

  • This role will lead and develop both short term and long term training and development strategies for the Corporate and Sales Delivery teams including Account Executives and Business Development Reps. This person will also oversee the creation of training materials, programs, and processes for the Operations team.
  • This role is responsible for creating success metrics relating to learning and for developing executive level reporting on those metrics.
  • You will oversee the Learning and Development team; including Director and Indirect management of individuals.

What You Should Already Have

  • Experience creating and leading training and development programs across multiple geographically separated markets, ideally for a workforce similar to JumpCrew.
  • You should have experience developing Sales programs from the ground up.
  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills required. Seeking someone with high emotional intelligence (EQ), Ability to lead and inspire.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions in relation to learning and development and to drive results/metrics in the business through the learning/development organization.
