Paid Media Director

Marketing Nashville, Tennessee


The Paid Media Director will lead the paid media function for our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10  years of paid media experience in either an agency or corporation. The role is responsible for working directly with the marketing team on a range of campaigns for JumpCrew and its clients and will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations, managing an agency, executing campaigns, and providing metrics. This person must be a fast learner and able to grasp complex subjects and have a proven track record of managing large budgets. An ability to juggle multiple projects and internal clients is essential.


  • Leadership of JumpCrews paid media function within the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across the entire marketing function inclusive of social media, search, display, and programmatic.
  • Day-to-day supervision of paid campaigns and strategy including audience/keyword targeting, bid strategies, execution details budget management, and alignment towards KPIs and business goals.
  • Potential to manage 1-2 paid media strategist,  a multi-million dollar budget, and an external agency and client relationships
  • Oversee analytics efforts around campaign data to evaluate performance based on KPIs and benchmarks to produce actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key media partners, platforms, and agencies
  • Manage annual budget and forecasting requirements
  • Identify creative marketing opportunities based on understanding of target audience behaviors and interests
  • Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve campaign results.
  • Synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, report and execute on key findings to achieve paid media objectives


  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing preferred
  • 5-10 years of paid search campaign management experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Track record of budget management in either an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience managing effective agency relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people, including colleagues and clients

  • Base + Bonus OTE $150,000
