IT Help Desk Technician
Description
The IT Helpdesk Technician role is a key player in maintaining client satisfaction and system reliability. This role demands an individual who is not only technically skilled but also performs well in a face-paced environment driven by an urgency for client satisfaction. The individual in this role will excel in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong acumen in network knowledge and a commitment to quality output. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of technology, including the various hardware, software and networking systems being supported at JumpCrew.
Responsibilities:

Learn about and apply proven technologies leveraged by JumpCrew

Manage IT helpdesk ticketing system for inquiries
-
Troubleshoot and manage hardware, software or network problems
-
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
-
Create accounts and configure hardware as part of hire onboarding process
-
Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
-
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
-
Manage administration of all internal and client paired systems
-
Manage licenses with G Suite, office 365, adobe, and others as needed
-
Contribute actively to a comprehensive knowledge base to foster self-service and reduce escalations

Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Qualifications:
-
Operating systems: Windows 10, macOS, ChromeOS
-
Saas: G Suite, Office 365, Slack
-
Help Desk Software: Monday.com, JIRA Service Desk
-
Hardware: Apple, Chrome, and PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)

Client Endpoint connectivity - ethernet, wireless, TCP/IP and VPN
-
Experience with multi-factor authentication tools and systems

Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

Ability to produce quality work in a face-paced environment

Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
-
2-4 years experience

A+ and Security+ certifications preferred
