Description

We are looking for a Director of Training and Development to join our team of highly engaged and passionate co-workers. The primary purpose of this role is to train and develop our Sales and Marketing professionals so that they can’t imagine not succeeding. This key position will drive the outcome that every Crew Member has the right training and the right tools to excel at delivering to our client’s expectations and to contribute to the ultimate success of JumpCrew. In addition, this role will enable business unit leaders to grow and develop both themselves and their teams.

What You Will Be Leading

  • This role will lead and develop both the short term and long term training and development strategies for Sales and Marketing roles and key support areas of the business.
  • The ideal candidate will standardize the training materials and programs designed for both an in-office and remote work environment.
  • This role will lead and administer our adopted sales methodology (Sandler) and incorporate the principles and behaviors into our DNA and culture of selling.
  • The ideal candidate will train in person and leverage technology enabled learning tools as a resource where applicable.
  • This role is responsible for creating success metrics relating to training and development for functional and executive level reporting on those metrics.
  • You will oversee the Training and Development team and manage all related external partners.

What You Should Already Have

  • Experience creating and leading training and development programs across multiple geographically separated markets, ideally for a workforce similar to JumpCrew.
  • You should have experience in training sales programs (such as Sandler) with a focus on the Business Development Representatives, Account Executive and Sales Manager roles.
  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills required. 
  • Seeking someone with high emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to lead and inspire.
  • Have experience developing Leadership at the next level.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions in relation to training and development and to drive results/metrics in the business through the training/development organization.
  • Must have previous sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred.

  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Hybrid schedule: Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday-Thursday in the office
  • $100,000-$120,000
