Director of Paid Media

JumpCrew is currently hiring a Director of Paid Media.  The ideal candidate lives and breathes all things paid and has that gnawing drive to tinker and optimize paid media focusing on lead generation for B2B and SaaS companies.  This person will enjoy all parts of paid media and know the trends/ techniques to implement on client accounts and teach junior members.  


  • Develop and execute Paid Search and Social strategies to drive brand awareness, increase leads/sales and maximize ROI for our clients. Including but not limited to account audits, restructures, optimizations 
  • Implement budget forecasting and recommendations by channel (i.e Google vs Facebook vs Bing) 
  • Build campaigns in Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other paid search and social platforms and optimize them on an ongoing basis. 
  • Partner with SEO, Content, Email, Social Media and Sales teams to hit collective goals. Train junior team members on Paid Search and Social strategies and tactics. This should cover the best practices first and then go beyond. 
  • Be the company advocate for Paid Search and Social by finding, building and sharing training materials with the entire organization. 
  • Communicate to the management team weekly progress on all paid Search and Social campaigns and provide insights that highlight the story behind the data. 
  • Stay updated on the latest innovations, tools, and techniques via popular Paid Search and Social blogs and channels 
  • Build out and deliver internal reports 
  • Be the primary contact leading reporting calls, QBRs and delivering against our brand strategy Help train junior team members on Paid Search and Social strategies and tactics. This should cover the best practices first and then go beyond. 
  • Lead and manage the Paid Media team/ strategy in addition to the self-managed Enterprise Client accounts.



  • 5 + years of experience in a Paid Search and Social role 
  • Experience being a working manager.
  • Lead generation Expert.
  • Proven expertise in using data and analytics to develop strategies and form action plans in Google Sheets & DataStudio 
  • Understanding of budget forecasting using historical, keyword, seasonal and other types of data to help define client budgets that will lead to ROI by specific channel (i.e Google vs Facebook vs LinkedIn vs TikTok)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and highly organized 
  • Great attitude and a desire to teach and learn 
  • Self-starter who dislikes being micromanaged 
  • Search agency experience is a must  
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot and Pardot is required
  • Certified in Google Ads or Facebook required
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices
