IT Administrative Support (Temporary)

The Justice Resource Institute, IT Department supports 2800+ users in 90+ locations across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The IT Administrative Support (ITAS) position requires exceptional office organization skills and includes moderately complex clerical responsibilities and technical skills. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, adaptability and the ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks are essential. Knowledge of, or experience in Telecommunications, Customer Service Help Desk, and/or Information Technology environments would be a plus, but is not required.
This is a temporary position.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze, and reconcile JRI’s cellular telecommunications accounts.
- Code cellular charges to appropriate departments, and prepare invoice for processing.
- Facilitate orders for new and replacement cellular equipment.
- Receive, activate and set up new Smartphone devices; Install JRI MDM, inventory, and ship new devices to new users.
- Provide monthly cellular usage reports to Executive Management and Program Directors.
- Assist with JRI’s iSupport user helpdesk application.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Telecommunications Manager.

Requirements:
- An Associate's degree in Business or Computer Science is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with increasing responsibility in an IT Support role or Office Administration environment.
- CORI check will be performed and updated per Agency requirements.
