Nestled in our Ecommerce department, the role of Ecommerce Marketplace/Affiliates Manager will focus on:

  • Driving marketplace and affiliate plans focusing on sales and key conversions.
  • Digital customer acquisition and retention and share best practice with marketing team.
  • Amazon Marketplaces and Portals plus affiliates management.
  • Helping to drive paid search KPIs and conversions.
  • Understanding the customer (spending habits, conversion drivers, file shape etc.) and share findings with other teams (marketing team in particular)
  • Supporting ecommerce team, assistant ecom manager and wider marketing and product teams.

As an Ecommerce Marketplace/Affiliates Manager you will:

  • Ensure all new products are live on consumer and wholesale Website pre-launch
  • Create all product import spreadsheets ahead of launch to include all product information, specifications, meta data, instructions upsells and amazon data
  • Import all product imagery and PDF’s ahead of each launch
  • Cross sell and upsell sections kept up to date and seasonally relevant
  • Add in supporting content to product pages where appropriate
  • Manage the affiliate publishers via AWIN programme and support
  • Recruit new affiliates, manage the onboarding process, and ensure that their audiences are aligned with your target market
  • Liaise with existing affiliates to answer their questions, address queries, and resolve any issues that they may be having
  • Make recommendations about the best way to approach a campaign and maximize results based on best practice and experience
  • Deal with day-to-day inquiries from affiliates and implement promotional campaigns that create sustained referral traffic
  • Responsible for reporting, evaluating what is working well, and identifying opportunities for further improvement
  • Create and implement the agreed strategy and objectives based on set budget and weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved
  • Recruiting and training new affiliates to maximize the quality and quantity of their referral traffic
  • Initiating new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program
  • Developing affiliate marketing strategies that deliver specified sales volumes
  • Analysing program and campaign activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Delivering affiliate marketing reports to advertisers and senior management
  • Ensuring that commissions and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner
  • Full autonomy of the Amazon site, from uploads, expansions and reporting
  • Listing improvement or optimisation including monitoring and analysis
  • Sales reporting of performance on Amazon
  • Management and maintenance of relevant Amazon content
  • Propose promotions and pricing offers
  • Manage marketplace and being the first port of call for all escalation issues
  • Work alongside fulfilment team to ensure that our Amazon inventory is available
  • Amend customer queries
  • Work with the Marketing team when campaigns go live making sure they run effectively
  • Refer a friend campaign implementation maintain ongoing referral scheme
  • Support Mail campaigns to homemovers and lookalikes of our customers
  • Create and implement the agreed strategy and objectives based on set budget and weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate/team work with finance, marketing, product, logistics/warehouse and buying departments.
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Support Assistant Ecommerce Manager, ecommerce and marketing teams

What we are looking for:


  • Amazon Vendor and Amazon Seller commercial management
  • Ecommerce business understanding
  • Good communication with external and internal customers
  • Ability to manage own workload and able to multitask


  • Excel and GA experience
  • Affiliates management experience
