DIGITAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – HYBRID WORKING

The role of Digital Administration Assistant sits within our spectacular Wholesale & Partnerships department supporting digital sales and operations for a team that works closely with Amazon, Next, M&S and other top brands.

You will be supporting the day to day running of ‘Envoy’ our B2B Ecommerce website.
This involves supporting the setup & maintenance of product data, liaising with photography for new product launches & ensuring consistent data input across systems. You will support in creating reports & sharing insight that helps support the sales team.

Day to day as a Digital Administration Assistant:

  • Accountable for creating and maintaining the product catalogues. Building forward order catalogues by season and drive repeat orders through an in season offering
  • Liaising with Product & Photography teams to ensure new products are created in the site and have photography in time for new season launches.
  • Ensure Pricing is up to date and published across all wholesale systems.
  • Identify, communicate, and drive resolution for any catalogue or showroom content issues
  • Responsible for all Envoy user admin both internal and external. Create new accounts, access rights, password resets and welcome emails
  • Provide technical support via telephone/email for stockists & sales teams
  • Support internal & external stakeholder engagement through platform demo’s

What we need you to have:

  • No previous e-commerce experience necessary
  • Confident with using Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, SumIF formulas)
  • Exhibits a data driven, practical approach to problem solving with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally
  • Motivated & self starter who is goal focussed & delivers at pace
  • Excellent time management skills, previous experience in managing projects or a critical path preferable
