Step into a role within our Wholesale team as a Wholesale Operations Co-ordinator (maternity cover) where you will provide first class customer service & operational support for our Wholesale Partners, ensuring on time and accurate management through to conversion of orders to invoice,

As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will:
  • Be responsible for the maintenance & conversion of the order book for agreed Wholesale Partners, on time, accurate and in full
  • Liaise with the credit team and sales for support if needed to support order conversion
  • Understand customer specific value-added service (VAS) requirements and ensure orders are processed accurately through the Distribution Centre and on time 
  • Process orders accurately and timely in line with deadlines
  • Manage all returns and credits for your customers
  • Own issues and solve problems, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain a high standard of account administration, with attention to specific customer & market requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with the sales teams, internal stakeholders and Wholesale Partners
  • Proactively support maximising sales through participation in planned team sales campaigns, promotions and up-selling
  • Record and report all critical communication with Partners
  • Ensure all emails and telephone calls are answered and actioned promptly
  • Contribute ideas and show initiative in continually improving work processes to achieve greater efficiency 

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service/order management 
  • Excellent and accurate verbal & written communication 
  • Good level of IT skills, full understanding and experience of using Microsoft Office including good knowledge of Excel
  • Close attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to balance team & individual tasks, managing priorities
  • Excellent planning & organisation skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • Professional approach at all times
  • Team player with a positive 'can do' attitude

  • Able to handle potential difficult, challenging conversations on the telephone to stockists
This role will be due to work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19, with flexible work from home options available in the future. Ideally the successful candidate would be required to attend Head Office in Corby, Northamptonshire on occasion. 

Please note: this is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.
