Job Description & Responsibilities
Seasoned Inc. is looking for a foundational Mid-Market Account Executive hire to help Seasoned scale into new and existing markets. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will pursue both inbound and outbound opportunities within the restaurant recruiting and technology segment. Throughout this process, you will work directly with our paywall sales team as well as our customer success team. This role will interact primarily with mid to high-level decision-makers that may include the restaurant GM, operations leadership, HR business partners, franchise owners and corporate teams.

Given this is a newly formed position you will play an integral role in helping to build out the process and long-term strategy. Doing so will require a strong entrepreneurial mindset to not only help develop this role further but execute the plan on a daily basis. This role's primary focus will be on uncovering and solving your prospects' hiring and recruiting needs as well as securing and growing revenue on a quarterly basis.

Where you come in:

  • Actively prospect new leads as well as cultivate inbound relationships into new opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day decision-maker relationships as it pertains to sales revenue growth
  • Understand client needs as it relates to their long term hiring plans and goals
  • Work directly with front line sales and success as well as the client to establish long-term KPIs
  • Periodically assist in navigating proof of concepts with customer success
  • Become an expert in Seasoned’s product offerings in addition to industry knowledge
  • Identify potential client pain points and make product recommendations to solve their needs
  • Play an active role in forecasting your pipeline
  • Have experience understanding and taking action of usage and software metrics
  • Work primarily with restaurant groups and franchisees with 5-100 locations

What it takes to succeed:

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in the restaurant technology industry required
  • Demonstrated track record selling and expanding partnerships of $25K+ in ARR across multiple and executive-level decision-makers
  • Understand both month-to-month plans and annual contract negotiations
  • Experience managing an active pipeline of multi-location restaurants
  • Be open to working in a startup environment, i.e., willing to wear more than one hat, expect to adapt quickly to change 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as confident ability in asking for the close
  • Familiar with SFDC, Google Suite, and Microsoft office
  • Bring a positive attitude and passion for our challenge

Compensation: Competitive base salary and includes benefits, 401k, etc.
