This position is primarily remote, but we have hubs in San Francisco and Pittsburgh and plan to come together periodically for opportunities to collaborate together.

Job Description & Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position focused on driving efficiency and data integrity for Seasoned. You will work closely with a fast growing SaaS Sales, Success and Operations team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Salesforce CRM including process, reporting and data entry
  • Create and evolve sales processes
  • Manage large, relational data to clean, merge, manipulate, and aggregate data
  • Assist with billing operations
  • Provide support and data validation to internal teams.
  • Create Insights from sales data
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering teams

A successful candidate should have:

  • 3+ years in a Sales Operations role with a SaaS company
  • Experience building, scaling, and rolling out new processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce specifically documenting in Accounts, Contacts, Cases and activities.  Salesforce Administration preferred
  • Analytical skills & SQL knowledge preferred
  • Background in the tech industry or strong technical aptitude
  • Be open to working in a startup environment, i.e., willing to wear more than one hat, adapt quickly to change
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Eastern or Central Time Zone location preferred
