Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help us use the latest technology to build apps, microservices and web UIs that bring the service industry together to succeed in work and life.  No other company seeks to create a place as diverse and dynamic as the industry we serve. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work closely with analytics and engineering teams to increase data accessibility and foster data-driven decision making across Seasoned.


  • Own core pieces of the Seasoned data platform
  • Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity
  • Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it
  • Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to build and improve products
  • Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems


  • Understanding of tools/methodologies in the data platform ecosystem
  • Knowledge of selected programming languages (e.g. Python, Javascript)
  • Proficiency with data pipeline/ETL concepts: SQL, Kafka/Debezium. You can design data models and understand the cost/benefits of the data architectural decisions.
  • Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks
  • Ability to work independently as well as in small teams
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
