Account Manager - Talent Fit Test
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Business Development (70%)
- Meet and exceed sales goals while improving customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling with existing clients.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with sales management.
- Conduct regular customer visits and prepare thoroughly using data-driven insights.
- Manage pricing negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide optimal solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters within the territory.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential product opportunities.
- Promote digital sales tools and platforms to support customer engagement.
New Business Development (10%)
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the territory.
- Engage prospective customers and coordinate internally to move leads through the pipeline.
- Collaborate across departments, including product and specialty sales teams, to support lead conversion.
Sales Operations & Administration (15%)
- Set and optimize pricing strategies based on customer segmentation and product value.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CRM, including visit reports and opportunity pipelines.
- Deliver sales forecasts and revenue reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Support commercial excellence initiatives and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Knowledge Management & Continuous Learning (5%)
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and market developments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management; experience in chemical distribution or a related industry is a plus.
Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
