We are looking for talented and competitive Front Counter Sales Associates, in a Construction Supply business, that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Pay rate starts at $19.50/hour, based on related experience.

This position will provide customer service to Walk-in customers, Call-in orders and Jobsite’s outside sales team and create an exceptional customer experience.  Industry background is preferred but we will train and invest in the right person!

Customer Support – Sales Counter Responsibilities

Provide Customer Service to Walk-in and Will Call customers for Sales Division products using Epicor Profit 21 system including:

• Sales order entry.
• Product selection assistance.
• Price and availability quotations.
• Payment processing – cash/credit card/customer account
• Open Order Expediting and Management.
• Inquiry information collection.

Provide Customer Service to Walk-in and Will Call customers for Rental Equipment using Epicor Profit 21 including:

• Rental order entry & return processing
• Product selection assistance
• Price and availability quotations
• Payment processing – cash/credit card/customer account
• Open Order Expediting and Management

Develop and utilize exceptional product knowledge to assist our customers in the following product groups including:

• Slab package products.
• JS Private Label products
• Decorative products
• Safety products
• Precast products
• Bridge & Highway products
• Handset forming products
• Tools, equipment, and accessories

Maintain sales showroom to provide optimal selling opportunities including:

• Consistent optimal stock levels of all products.
• Updating and re-configuring displays as necessary.
• Seasonal shift of products to promote current products.
• Cleanliness and organization of all areas.
• Construction/Tooling knowledge not required, but helpful.
• Special projects as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Working in an Office/Warehouse Setting
• Business Casual Attire.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Occasional lifting of heavy items up to 75lbs.
