👉 What You'll Do

• Project management reports
• Define the technical roadmap with a focus on integrating AI into workflows and products.
• Act as a mentor and coach to a team of developers, fostering growth and professional development.
• Lead the technical implementation of projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Contribute to high-priority coding tasks, particularly in areas requiring AI or advanced problem-solving

👉 We'll Expect You To Have

• 7-10 years of development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in modern frameworks and languages such as PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue.js or React).
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable system architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including integrating AI into products or workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Advanced English
