We are looking for a consultative sales profile, with experience selling technology services, capable of generating opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue goals in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

  • Generate, nurture, and manage leads and opportunities, actively following up on accounts in the CRM and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize prospecting and cold outreach campaigns using sales automation tools and networking techniques to maximize conversion.
  • Manage the full cycle of consultative IT service sales: prospecting, diagnosis, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Delivery, and Operations teams, sharing market insights and feedback to enhance commercial strategies and ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Monitor key metrics (pipeline, conversion, revenue) and propose improvements in lead generation and client management processes.
  • Participate in networking events and activities in the U.S. or LATAM, representing the company to clients and strategic partners.
  • Support the client experience throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth (cross-selling / up-selling).

Technical Skills:
  • Advanced or bilingual English (required).
  • Proven experience selling IT, software, or staffing services (required).
  • Knowledge and experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM).
  • Experience in automating cold outreach campaigns.
  • Availability to travel and attend international fairs or events.
