π Summary
π What You'll Do
- Generate, develop, and manage business opportunities within the U.S. market, ensuring structured and consistent tracking in the CRM.
- Design, execute, and continuously optimize prospecting strategies (inbound and outbound), leveraging automation tools and regional/international networking.
- Own the full consultative sales cycle for IT services: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Lead commercial opportunities end-to-end, prioritizing effectively and making business-driven decisions with a high level of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams (Marketing, Delivery, Operations) to ensure strategic alignment and a seamless client experience.
- Analyze key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue), identify improvement areas, and drive continuous optimization of sales processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities in the U.S. market.
- Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle, fostering long-term partnerships, retention, and account growth (cross-selling and upselling).
π We'll Expect You To Have
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in selling IT services, software, and/or technology staffing solutions.
- Solid track record in the U.S. market.
- Advanced Spanish (nice to have).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho,Β SugarCRM, or similar).
- Experience with prospecting and sales enablement tools (Instantly, Dripify, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Experience designing and executing automated prospecting campaigns.
