The Senior Solutions Architect defines, designs, and leads the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology architectures aligned with business objectives.
With 10+ years of experience, this role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision and strong stakeholder influence to drive digital transformation initiatives, modernize legacy systems, and enable distributed architectures in multi-cloud environments.
👉 What You'll Do
- Define end-to-end solution architectures aligned with enterprise architecture principles and business goals.
- Lead architecture and engineering teams in delivering complex solutions, particularly within regulated environments.
- Drive modernization strategies, transitioning legacy systems into microservices-based and API-driven architectures.
- Establish and govern architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines (API-first, BFF, BaaS, Anti-Corruption Layer, Cache-Aside).
- Actively contribute to pre-sales processes, shaping technical proposals, high-level estimations, and solution models.
- Design and implement integration strategies, enabling secure and scalable API ecosystems.
- Promote CI/CD practices, automation, and DevOps culture across development teams.
- Define and evaluate multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), ensuring portability, resilience, and compliance.
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies aligned with business priorities.
👉 We'll Expect You To Have
- 10+ years of experience in technology, including at least 5 years in solutions or enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in microservices architectures, API-led integration, and legacy system decoupling strategies.
- Proven experience working with multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
- Solid understanding of modern architectural patterns: API-first, BFF, BaaS, Anti-Corruption Layer, Cache-Aside.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and architecture governance.
- Experience in data modeling, system integration, and API management in high-availability environments.
- Deep understanding of security, resilience, observability, and performance in distributed systems.
- Strategic mindset with strong business alignment.
- Technical leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong decision-making skills in complex and regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
