- SUPPLIER SEARCH
- ORDERS MANAGEMENT
- PURCHASING REPORTS
- REQUISITIONS – INPUT INTO SYSTEM
- DEALING WITH VENDORS (PRICE CONFIDENTIALITY)
- CHEMICAL ORDERING
- QUOTE SEA, LAND OR AIR FREIGHT
- UPDATE PURCHASE ORDERS
- OPEN POs FOLLOW-UP WITH VENDORS
- CAPITAL PROJECTS OPENING AND AMENDMENTS
- HANDLE IMPORT PROCESS OF PARTS AND MACHINES (DELIVERY TRACKING, INVOICES AND DUTIES PAYMENT, AIRPORT OR PORT CLEANING)
- SETTING UP NEW VENDORS AND NEW MATERIAL CODES
- REQUEST TURNING ON OR OFF MATERIAL CODE
- MRO INVENTORY REPLENISHMENT
- INVENTORY KEEPING QUARTERLY
- MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM REVISION OF THE INVENTORY
- INVOICES APPROVALS AND DISPUTES (WORK W/ACCTS PAYABLE)
- SUBMIT INVOICES FROM INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS
- HOUSE KEEPING FOR AREA
- UPDATE GRIR REPORT AND WORKFLOW
- NUMEROUS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to do heavy lifting at required times.
- Work areas may have some situations requiring immediate cleaning or safety corrections.
- Typical work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

- Microsoft office package skills such as Excel etc. (Computer skills)
Education Requirements (if applicable)
- Must be able to read and comprehend all equipment literature that applies to his/her area.
- High School Diploma
- Some college level accounting classes (preferred but not required)
- Experience:
- Understands the function of the computer system, and procurement/inventory control and has the ability to work with peers.
