INVENTORY MANAGER

HOURS:

· Day position, flexible as required

· Saturday and Sunday as required or needed

· Ability to work different shifts and schedules as needed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Supervise and participate in inventory cycle counts and issuance processes. Coordinates and participate in monthly and annual physical inventory counts.

· Perform daily inventory adjustments and reconcile variances to maintain data integrity.

· Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, and communicate findings to upper management.

· Coordinate inventory control processes with procurement, production, and warehouse departments to achieve and sustain results.

· Achieves inventory counts and audit targets in a safe and efficient manner.

· Supervise and monitor the plant weekly meat sales.

· Monitor and keep inventory adjustments updated based on SOP’s and policies to maintain accurate data.

· Work closely with rework processes, ensuring and helping other departments to follow established procedures.

· Help establish and implement procedures and internal controls for departments.

· Regularly review procedures and controls.

· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

· Previous experience in inventory management or a related role is essential, with a strong understanding of inventory control procedures.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records.

· Self-Starter, problem solver, team player.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· 10-key and computer skills required.

· Resume required.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits: 

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment; 
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays; 
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; 
  • Base annual salary range of $60 - $66K 
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
