International Sales Coordinator
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The JBS Fed Beef team is seeking an International Sales Coordinator to support order processing and provide comprehensive assistance to the sales team. This position is based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO, and will work closely with our international offices in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, and Mexico. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys supporting a dynamic team. This role also offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Entry and management of beef sales order
- Coordinating the communication with our International Offices
- Order processing; coordination of orders from the sales side to scheduling, domestic logistics, international logistics, documentation, pricing, plants, corporate office in other areas
- Ensuring order accuracy across various cross-functional teams
- General communication and coordination of orders/events
- Handle all administrative functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, customer visits, etc.)
- Maintain customer relationships and be the first point of contact for customers
- Work closely with sales, transportation, freezer, logistics, and customer service teams
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Business or similar discipline preferred; comparable professional experience in lieu of degree
- Previous work experience with Data Entry, Customer Service required
- International customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Cisco Meetingplace and SharePoint preferred
- Ability to maintain accuracy, organization, and strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative with minimal direction
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $60,000-$70,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
