Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• Input grading/carcass data into system via console

• Key in carcass IDs into computer based on tags

• Input data of regrade carcasses



REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Good people skills

• Knowledge of basic computer skills and ten key skills helpful

• Ability to work with USDA Graders

• Must be able to maneuver carcasses as it passes on the chain to take proper image

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per shift

• Ability to work in cold environment (average 34 to 36 degrees)
