SAP Pricing Manager

 

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Manager to join our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. This role leads poultry pricing operations across U.S. plants, oversees a team of Pricing Coordinators, and ensures pricing accuracy, compliance, and system integrity while supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Finance. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP expertise, analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Pricing Coordinators, driving accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all pricing operations, including customer contracts, bids, promotions, and market-based pricing programs.
  • Ensure the accurate creation, maintenance, validation, and approval of pricing structures within SAP.
  • Serve as the SAP pricing subject matter expert, supporting master data management, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor pricing controls and compliance processes to maintain pricing integrity and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Resolve complex pricing discrepancies, customer pricing disputes, deductions, and pricing adjustments.
  • Analyze pricing performance, customer profitability, market trends, and key business metrics to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain pricing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data validation processes to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to support business objectives and pricing initiatives.
  • Support budgeting, strategic planning, audits, and process improvement efforts while ensuring adherence to pricing policies and internal controls.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of pricing, financial analysis, sales operations, or related business experience.
  • Prior leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Advanced SAP experience, including pricing configuration, master data management, workflows, and pricing-related tables.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $75,000-$90,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and

The posted salary range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, tenure, internal equity, market data, and may vary accordingly.
