Spray Chill Production Technician   
JOB SUMMARY  
Verify and enforce standard operating procedures for water on carcasses and temperatures in the hot boxes. Documentation detail is extremely important.  
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES  
  • Complete rounds in the hot box area to monitor to ensure carcasses are sprayed in a timely manner and receive adequate spray.
  • Document and validate carcass temperatures.
  • Adjust spray chill recipes as required by shrink results/water usage
  • Monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Review records to ensure accuracy and be held accountable to their accuracy
