RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate all Sales Planning Documentation and management of process
  • Trade, Shopper Marketing or Customer Programming spending assessment, recording
  • Sales processing; coordination of Sales Merchandising or Marketing activation across the Sales function
  • Responsible for Blacksmith, or other Sales Planning tools and their accuracy for individual customers, and or the total US
  • General communication and coordination of Sales Planning function/events
  • Handle all administrative Sales functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, Teams or WEBEX scheduling, coordination etc.)
  • Handle all finances associated with Trade, Shopper Marketing or Customer performance accounting with Sales and Marketing departments
  • Lead Key Customer Sales Team presentations, or BU formats for presentations
  • Lead Key Customer, or National roll-up of Sales reports, BU consolidation formatting/reporting
  • Customer relationship management; associated connection with Team managing customers, clients or third party associates.
  • Other duties as required     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, Insights or Animal Science preferred but not required
  • Previous experience with Data Entry and Customer Service preferred
  • Previous experience with syndicated data preferred 
  • Computer skills; strong proficiency with work processing, spreadsheet programs and Presentation formats (PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Cisco Teams, Meeting place and SharePoint.
  • Detail oriented; accuracy and diligence
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Motivated/self-starter

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  •  401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $70,000 - $90,000; and
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
