Warehouse Attendant
Description
Principle Responsibilities: Functions may include but are not limited to
- Receives and verifies actual product against packing slip confirming product integrity
- Pick-up and delivery of supplies/materials in company vehicle
- Pulls, prepares, and processes daily orders according to requisition requests
- Manage accurate inventory of materials through cycle counts and full physical inventories in agreement with company policies. In addition, monitor min/max levels of current inventory for reorder purposes.
- Provides excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving, processing and distributing supplies/materials to farms.
- Follows all security and safety procedures established by JBS
- Assist in performing routine custodial or maintenance duties in the warehouse
- Performs other duties assigned by Warehouse Management as needed.
- Utilize SAP accounting system to complete all receiving transactions (GR/GI/Workflow/cycle counts)

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a pickup and pull a trailer
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and transport various objects weighing up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift at times product weight may reach 100lbs.
- Able to operate warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment

- Ability to work under time constraints
- Ability to work up to 55 hours a week if necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of SAP Accounting system
- Previous warehouse experience
Relationships/Contacts:
- Interact with fellow warehouse employees to perform daily tasks
- Interaction with farm and maintenance employees while dispersing and delivering supplies
- Communicating with Suppliers when receiving goods into warehouse
