  • Works within the IT Project Management Office serving the business and IT in the successful completion of complex projects
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identifies resources required and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by IT team before passing them on to clients
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Manages project budget
  • Identify business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
  • Prepare and deliver engaging, informative and well organized presentations
  • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential applications on client engagements
  • Delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • Basic understanding of application programming, database and system design
  • Understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members and mitigate any conflict
  • Willingness to participate in limited travel in support of project go-lives
  • Strong customer service skills
