HR Systems Specialist

 

 

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a HR Systems Specialist for JBS that reports onsite at the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.

 

This role will work on our HR Systems platform and be involved with the org management of employee reporting lines. They will input data into a computer processing system and review output for accuracy, generate standard reports for Human Resources or management personnel and may alter query variables in order to generate more complex ad-hoc reports. Responsibilities include supporting plant HR; org management for all US based locations, enhancements, reporting, and configuration implementations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, test and troubleshoot new configurations in the SAP
  • Lead projects as needed, including coordinating activities with other teams
  • Design and deliver specific supplemental training material for end users
  • Partner with teams to provide technical assistance and to resolve complex problems
  • Encourage and implement continuous improvement measures on a day-to-day basis
  • Lead the development, implementation and communication of any business process changes
  • Lead setup and maintenance of integrations
  • Perform org management duties for 60,000+ employees
  • Subject expert on all HR support systems, including SAP, UKG/Kronos, Dynafile, C*Cure, Rapidcast, Alchemy, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced), OneNote, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in human resources information systems or a similar IT role is highly desired.
  • Understanding of software and IT.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in user support, system enhancement, and upgrade conversion.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new demands, re-prioritize workload, and address urgent tasks quickly.
  • Effective and respectful communication with all associates and internal/external resources.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies, and business processes quickly.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all organizational levels.

  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $65,000-$75,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
