GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision with some periods of autonomy provides support to Human Resources and Operations such as creating personnel records, employee or labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, and/or equal opportunity/affirmative action. Under guidance of higher level personnel may perform higher level duties involving employee communications such as responding to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attendance Management
- Provides front line customer service to all team members.
- Monitor and track daily employee attendance using timekeeping systems
- Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies and anomalies
- Maintain accurate records of absences and tardiness
- Prepare attendance reports for management and payroll processing
- Coordinate with supervisors to verify shift schedules and attendance logs
- Plan and Coordinate Attendance Celebrations
HR Coordination
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance policies and HR procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
- Performs tasks such as photographing for badges, processes employment forms and other confidential forms / records and recording changes on all employee status updates as necessary (e.g., new badge record, change of address, tax data updates, terminations, etc.).
- Maintains and distributes, as appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communications.
- Assists with participation and summary of internal and external surveys to gather information for policy development and planning.
- Orders office supplies to support human resources operations and various special events.
- Other tasks assigned
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company attendance policies and labor regulations
- Generate reports for audits and internal reviews
- Support investigations related to attendance-related disciplinary actions
EDUCATION:
Typically requires a high school diploma or the equivalent
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bi-lingual Required (English/Spanish)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) required; SAP experience preferred
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be highly organized with attention to detail
- Must be a dependable self starter
- Confidentiality is a must
