JOB SUMMARY:
| The lead floor Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the facility, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and leading the sanitation team. This position involves both hands-on cleaning and managing assigned team duties in your area to support production operations efficiently.

ACTIVITIES:

Very active position, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling.

HEARING:
| Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

REPETITIVE MOTION:
| Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists, hands, and or fingers.
|
VISUAL ABILITIES:
| Acute close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

PHYSICAL STRENGTH:
| Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds throughout the day. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods in a cold or wet environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
| Must be able to work for long hours in a no-kill food processing environment, where it is wet, damp, and cold. Employees are expected to remain in these conditions for most of their workdays.
