Live Haul Coordinator
Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Calculate piece rate pay for drivers.
· Calculate catcher pay.
· Keep up with vacations and communicate with HR.
· Monthly data reports.
· Weekly data reports.
· Trip reports.
· Enter Mortality in MTech daily
· Communicate with Accounting on Processing tickets and reports.
· Back-up for Entering Loads in MTech
· Attend driver’s meetings.
· General Clerical & Housekeeping Duties
· Other duties as assigned.
· Ordering and Receiving materials.
· Back up for other Live Production Area (as needed)
BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1-2 years related experience.
· Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
· Experience in SAP preferred.
· Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary.
· Must be organized and detailed.
· Must have customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette
· Confidentiality a must.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have High School Diploma or GED.
