DESCRIPTION

Building and Grounds Plant Clean Up- Rendering Operations  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for deep cleaning of equipment and processing room
• Assist with cleaning up incidental spills in the assigned areas
• Collect waste and recyclables from workplace and disposed of properly to prevent from accumulation in the facility
• Respond to call for onsite or off site raw material or product spillage
• Will train to operate heavy equipment such as backhoe or forklift for work
• Occasionally lifting or moving of heavy objects
• Willingness to work in all types of conditions
• Frequent exposure to outside elements such as rain, snow, cold, heat, etc
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to properly follow safety and work instructions 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally, with or without accommodation
• Operation of Powered Industrial Equipment
• Self-motivated
• Very active position, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others
