General Description:

Job responsibilities:

·          Inventory management:  tracks, monitors and records inventory across the plant and external freezers with high accuracy.

·          Yield analysis:  complies and analyzes daily production yields for accuracy and distributes to plant stake holders

·          Inventory adjustments: processes adjustments for lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory to maintain accuracy in a perpetual inventory system.

·          Reconciliations and audits:  conducts weekly internal and external reconciliations for stated inventory.

Systems Used: Microsoft Office 365, internal warehouse management system as well as an internal perpetual inventory management system are used daily. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, & critical thinking are required.

Requirements

·          Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

·          Minimum of 2 years accounting educational experience, or 3 years professional experience (preferred).

·          Microsoft Office proficient; Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatory

·          Some Weekend availability may be required
