Job Title: Fabrication Floor Trainer
Location: Green Bay, WI
Reporting to: Training Manager
Essential Job Functions:
- Support and advocate for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and feel welcomed in their roles
- Oversee new employee satisfaction and monitor progress throughout the training process
- Facilitate the qualification process for each new hire
- Introduce new hires to the facility, including workspaces, locker rooms, cafeterias and human resources
- Support HR with specified tasks including annual alchemy trainings
- Participate in cross-functional training classes, OJT certification and other tasks as needed
- Work toward individual and team KPI targets ensuring quality, safety and efficiency goals are met
- Additional duties as assigned
Experience Required:
- Minimum of one year of experience in Fabrication processes and knife experience, ideally within a beef manufacturing company
Skills/Abilities Required:
- Strong Knife skills, including proper sharpening techniques
- Ability to work in a cold, noisy environment
- Bilingual preferred
