In this key role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to leaders across our Cold Spring, MN complex. Serving as a central coordination point for multiple departments, you'll help organize information, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings and events, and support day-to-day plant operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple managers throughout the facility.
- Compile, analyze, and organize information for reports, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
- Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and tracking of operational records, statistics, and reports.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other business activities.
- Coordinate customer visits, plant events, and related logistics.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members, leadership, customers, and business partners.
- Promote compliance with company policies related to safety, food safety, quality, and employee conduct.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations and business objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; specialized vocational training, college coursework, or an associate degree in a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience: Administrative, operations support, production planning, or related experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of production processes and modern office procedures is beneficial. Leadership and teamwork skills are essential.
