As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Brand and Campaign Manager.
The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in bringing the Wild Fork brand to life through our evergreen marketing, and seasonal campaigns. In this role the campaign manager will work closely with the Director, Brand and cross-functional teams to bring best-in-class practices in the execution of our marketing programs.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management skills to produce best-in-class marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drives measurable results.

This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday, based in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, the Campaign Manager will:
- Work with the Director, Brand to develop seasonal campaigns and evergreen marketing initiatives that take into consideration full funnel, integrated customer journeys.
- Is responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoint, working with various internal and external SMEs and stakeholders (social, influencer, PR, paid ads, email, E-Comm, store signage, photoshoots)
- Lead the development and execution of store signage and E-Comm assets for each campaign in partnership with product, E-Comm and ops team
- Works closely with other marketing team members – paid media, email, social – to ensure integrated and consistent executions.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across (product, retail operations, e-Comm, logistics)
- Track and manage all campaign to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery (30-60-90),
- Develop and optimize marketing campaign process
- Helps create process and oversees management of marketing content / assets and usage rights tracking
- Contributes to weekly and monthly reporting
- Manage, track campaign budget and support the monthly accrual process
- Support the Director, Brand in the campaign / content briefing with agencies, designers or 3rd party vendors.
- With the Director, manages external freelancers, agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
- 3-5 years of combined marketing experience (ideally in retail or CPG)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement in content creation and distribution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US consumer outside of the South Florida area.
