Ecommerce Experience Manager
Description
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven eCommerce Experience Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing the online customer journey. The ideal candidate will focus on improving conversion rates, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving sales through effective site merchandising and user experience initiatives.
This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday, based in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates and overall customer experience.
- Customer Journey Enhancement: Lead initiatives to optimize the online shopping journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Site Merchandising: Oversee site merchandising efforts to optimize product presentation, promotions, campaigns and categorization.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the UX/UI Designer to implement user-centered design enhancements.
- Content Alignment: Coordinate with the eCommerce Content Specialist to ensure website content aligns with experience goals and campaign activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, add-to-cart rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams to align on campaigns, technical improvements, and inventory considerations.
- Innovation: Stay updated on eCommerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to keep our online experience competitive.
- Testing and Implementation: Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce experience management, focusing on conversion rate optimization and website merchandising.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g., CommerceTools, Shopify, Algolia, Contentful).
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

- Strong leadership and project management abilities.

- Additional Qualifications:

- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not required.
