POSITION SUMMARY:  The Production Planning Support Coordinator provides a wide variety of general administrative support to multiple Managers throughout the complex.  Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to facilities and operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provides high level administrative support
  2. Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, spreadsheets; prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary
  3. May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations
  4. Organizes and schedules meetings and conference calls
  5. Coordinates customer visits and events
  6. Assists with special projects as assigned
  7. Other duties as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 1-2 years of specialized/vocational training or college course work beyond high school, preferably in a related area is preferred, experience will be accepted in lieu of education
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to examine and verify financial documents and reports
  • Leadership and team skills
  • Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, methods and equipment
