POSITION: 2ND SHIFT PAYROLL COORDINATOR 
HOURS: 
  • 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM, flexible as required 
  • Saturday as required or needed 
  • Ability to work different shifts and schedules as needed 
 
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:    
 
  • Work with all aspects of Payroll including verifying employee time, payroll deductions, vacation, reports, etc. 
  • Work closely with supervisors and union 
  • Maintains records as required 
  • Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns 
  • General office procedures including handling phone calls, data entry, and filing 
  • Employee service 
  • HR related duties 
  • Other duties as needed or required 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette 
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask 
  • Self-Starter, Problem Solver, Team Player 
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills 
  • 10-key and computer skills required 
  • Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material 
  • Good attendance record 
  • Excellent with math 
  • Bilingual Preferred
