2ND SHIFT PAYROLL COORDINATOR
Description
POSITION: 2ND SHIFT PAYROLL COORDINATOR
HOURS:
- 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM, flexible as required
- Saturday as required or needed
- Ability to work different shifts and schedules as needed
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with all aspects of Payroll including verifying employee time, payroll deductions, vacation, reports, etc.
- Work closely with supervisors and union
- Maintains records as required
- Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
- General office procedures including handling phone calls, data entry, and filing
- Employee service
- HR related duties
- Other duties as needed or required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Self-Starter, Problem Solver, Team Player
- Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
- 10-key and computer skills required
- Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
- Good attendance record
- Excellent with math
- Bilingual Preferred
