Housekeeper/Janitor (Temporary Position)

Responsibilities & Scope: perform a variety of cleaning activities. Ensuring all offices, break rooms, outside areas, and restrooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Sweeping 
• Mopping
• Dusting/polishing
• Restroom cleaning/disinfecting
• Cleaning ceiling vents
• Inside/outside windows
• Clean outside areas: pick up debris and general brush/weeds 
• Kitchen duties: dishes, refrigerator, cupboards, etc.
• Any other task/duty as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and twist
• Lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Stand/climb ladders

Travel: Occasional within a 40-mile radius
