Inventory Replenishment Planner

 

As an Inventory Replenishment Planner at Wild Fork, you will be responsible for managing the replenishment of approximately 800 sellable goods (PLUs) to our stores and distribution center. You will oversee the replenishment process from distribution centers (DCs) to stores across two regions, comprising approximately 30 stores, while also working with vendors to replenish inventory at our distribution centers. Your primary goal is to maintain a 99% in-stock rate across all stores in partnership with store managers. You will represent the Supply Chain team in operations meetings, proactively communicate the status of products with supply risks or logistics issues, manage processes to mitigate product expiration risk, and train new store employees on supply chain processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the replenishment of approximately 800 sellable goods (PLUs) to Wild Fork stores.
  • Lead replenishment activities from DCs to stores across multiple regions.
  • Maintain a 99% in-stock rate in partnership with store managers.
  • Represent the Supply Chain team in operations meetings.
  • Proactively communicate the status of products with supply risks and logistics issues.
  • Maximize the use of the Wild Fork Logistics Control Tower for communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage processes to mitigate product expiration risk at distribution centers.
  • Train new store employees on supply chain processes and procedures.

KPIs

  • STOs issued per week without intervention.
  • Transportation cost per case and cross-dock efficiency.
  • Truckload utilization.
  • 99% in-stock rate.
  • Neogrid planograms updated monthly for all stores.
  • 100% of store STOs closed by the end of each weekend.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills to support internal clients (Wild Fork Store Operations).
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage logistics risks.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders across Wild Fork Store Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Foundational knowledge of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail replenishment planning and inventory management.
