Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a self-driven, organized Customer Service Representative based in Hickory, NC. This role will be responsible for assisting the sales team with presentation preparations for offsite showrooms as well as a central contact for customers at our leather distribution center operations


  • SAP Order entry & acknowledgement
  • Production confirmation from tanneries & postings
  • Completion of packing list & BOL
  • Weekly customer and representative reports
  • Inventory posting
  • Filing Invoices
  • Direct contact with vendors
  • Inside Sales – solicitation of active and new accounts
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience preferred
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Good internal relationships

  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the year
  • Ability to lift up to 40LBS
