Description

• Schedule, plan, and oversee maintenance activities within the fabrication department
• Supervise and coach maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Maintain systems and equipment by repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty components
• Ensure maintenance operational standards are met by enforcing policies and procedures
• Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment
• Communicate effectively with operating departments to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards

• Proven experience working with conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and packaging equipment such as Cryovacs, box formers, and box sealers
•  Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
•  Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
•  Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Proficiency with computer systems; ability to learn SAP preferred 
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability
